High School Spanish Immersion Program

  • Duration: Semester or academic year
  • Level: Intermediate level of Spanish or higher is required
  • Accommodation: Spanish family or, if requested, residence hall
  • Ages: 13 years and up

Our high school Spanish immersion program in Alicante allows students ages 13 and up to spend either a semester or a full academic year attending a public or private Spanish high school. Students will experience first-hand the Spanish lifestyle and customs as they study and partake in extra-curricular activities alongside Spaniards their age. Living in an authentic cultural and linguistic environment puts teenagers well on their way to becoming fluent speakers while increasing their understanding of Spanish society. It's a challenging, fun and extremely life-changing experience that enriches and enhances each participating student's personal development.

Participants in Enforex's high school Spanish immersion program follow the same guidelines and duties as the rest of their classmates and receive the same treatment as that of their peers. For this reason, our program requires that incoming students have at least an intermediate level of Spanish. Teenagers will have the option of living with a Spanish host family or, if requested, in a student residence hall with full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The academic year is divided into 2 semesters: September to December and January to June.
